In our experience, we have found that when a problem does occur, nine times out of ten it will be a fault with the PABX, the cabling, the PC or the software we are interfaced to.
As we have a range of computer and telephone technicians on our staff we are usually able to determine the source of any problems quite quickly. In fact, the head programmer has over 20 years experience as a telephone technician and is familiar with most of the technology involved in this industry. Support for 12 months is provided with any new install of Mpi32.
It is not mandatory to be on support for our software to operate.
We are proud to state that our software has no restrictions binding the user to us and no time limits dependent on continual payments.
Support for Mpi32 Standard
12 months phone, fax & email support is included with any new purchse of Mpi32 Standard. Annual 12 month renewal is available thereafter
Support for Mpi32 Plus
12 months phone, fax & email support is also included with any new purchse of Mpi32 Plus. This is a more advanced support as with a bi-directional interface, you have a lot more components associated with the product.
Onsite Support
Our offices are currently located on the East Coast of Australia (Gold Coast and Brisbane) and unfortunately, we are unable to attend site in person unless the site is also located in this region. However, we have found that o nsite support is rarely needed as we have structured the software to require very little user intervention to continue operating. Please contact us for more information.
