Meter Pulse Inserter 32, (MPi32), is our flagship software Data Collection and Call Costing Engine. It does not matter what type of
telephone system (PABX or Key system) that you have, as long as it outputs call tickets (also known as SMDR or CDR) via RS232 or TCP/IP, mpi32 can collect it and decode it!
Once decoded, it can then be costed according to localised number plans and rate tables, the costed call can then be passed over to a 3rd party program for posting to accounts,(business or hospitality), or it can be reported on be our easy to use Callreporter program. |

Need to import data into Excel? No need to export, mpi32 creates Real Time flat text files that are comma separated (CSV), directly importable into Excel, or any other program that can read text files. We support a full range of PBX's from such manufacturers as NEC, Alcatel, Panasonic, Avaya (formerly Lucent) including IP office (via SMDR file or TCP),Ericsson, Fujitsu and LG Aria. As we expand internationaly, we have added Oki, Nortel Meridian Samsung and Siemens, basically we have not found a system we could not decode yet.
Mpi32 is not limited to any constraints regarding the number of stations/extensions it collects data or reports on. You can have unlimited extensions, departments/cost centers, and account codes/pin numbers, with the reporting limited only by the available memory/resources on the PC the program runs on.
